Indigo Transplanting

May 14, 2010 (This post was originally supposed to publish on that date.)
The seedlings were transplanted into larger cups in groups of five.  The indigo is proving easy to start.  I hope it is easy to grow in our soil.

  1. thank you so much for posting these photos, and the earlier seedlings. I planted indigo outside a couple of weeks ago - and about a week ago I found a ton of weeds sprouting in the same area. I'm worried that I won't be able to tell the difference between the indigo and the weeds when the indigo sprouts. Your photos are helping me learn what to look for, so I don't pull it up! :)

i'm curious to keep reading too, i'd love to know how it did indoors. I live in the north, so indoors might end up being a better option for me.
